As colleges and universities continue to support courses in film and media studies, there continues to be a growing body of Whedon scholarship at the undergraduate and graduate levels of study. Slayage provides an important forum for publishing graduate and professional scholarship in Whedon Studies; Watcher Junior, a peer-reviewed online journal, is committed to doing the same for undergraduate work.
